First, the warranty period and certificate
2.1 Calculation of the validity period of the warranty
According to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, the calculation method of the warranty period of Yaohua Air Energy Water Heater Products is as follows:
The validity period is calculated from 10 days after the product date of manufacture.
2.2 Warranty valid certificate
After the product fails during the warranty period, the consumer must enjoy the free repair service with the purchase invoice and product warranty card. When the free repair service is available, the barcode of the product to be repaired must be the same as the barcode on the warranty card. If there is no purchase invoice, the date of the warranty card is the start time of the consumer product warranty period.
 
Second, the warranty period does not belong to the scope of free maintenance
In one of the following cases, the warranty is not implemented, but repairs can be carried out at a charge:
1. The user is damaged due to the use (including failure to operate according to the random instructions), improper maintenance and storage;
2. Damage caused by movement, disassembly and maintenance of non-corporate authorized units;
3, due to design, installation, peripheral equipment and other non-company product quality reasons, affecting equipment performance or causing damage;
4. Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.);
5. The use of untreated surface water directly causes problems in the water tank.
6. The compressor is in trouble due to unstable voltage;
7. Due to unstable water pressure, excessive pressure and water tank deformation and water leakage;
8. No warranty certificate and valid invoice;
9. The model of the warranty certificate does not match or is altered by the model of the repaired product;
 
Third, the problem of charging beyond the warranty period
During the term of the warranty and within the scope of warranty, the consumer enjoys a free repair service with a valid invoice. If the warranty period or the scope of warranty is exceeded, the service shall be charged according to the prescribed charging standard. The maintenance fee shall strictly implement the Municipal Price Bureau and the charging standard of our company, and shall not exaggerate the failure and prevent arbitrary charges. The machine repaired by our center (Yaohua Air Energy Water Heater Repair) will be guaranteed. The warranty period is 12 months. If there is any problem in the warranty period due to the quality of the repair or the quality of the replacement parts, our center will be responsible for the repair. Strictly control the quality of accessories, ensure the original authenticity, and eliminate the use of shoddy accessories and used accessories.
 
Fourth, installation and commissioning policy
1. Free installation range: All the products of Yaohua Air Energy are installed free of charge, and the installation materials are purchased by consumers themselves. The free installation fee is borne by the special sales outlets, but the following conditions can be negotiated with the user for additional charges:
1) The length of the refrigerant pipe needs to be increased;
2) Standard accessories can not meet the installation requirements, when you need to add accessories;
3) Dismantle the old water heater to install it, remove it and reinstall it.
2. Charges are installed in the following cases: no valid invoice or valid purchase certificate, no free installation certificate, no barcode.
 
V. Package policy
Within 7 days from the date of product sale, major performance failures (such as compressor failure, heat exchanger leakage, etc.) may occur, and the user may choose to return the product or choose to exchange or repair.
 
Six, replacement policy
Within 15 days from the date of sale of the product, major performance failures (such as compressor failure, heat exchanger leakage, etc.) may occur, and the user has the right to choose a replacement or to select a repair.
